When will I receive my box?

The first shipment of launch phase boxes will take place from March 8th. After that, the boxes will generally be shipped within 48h/72h to your home by Colissimo. Subsequent boxes will be delivered every two months.

Please note that the boxes are released according to a predefined schedule:

Box N°1 in March/April

Box N°2 in May/June

Box N°3 in July/August

Box N°4 in September/October

Box N°5 in November/December

Box N°6 in January/February

Example: If you subscribe in March or April, you will receive Box N°1. You will be debited on the 2nd of the current month if you subscribe before March 2nd or April 2nd. After the 2nd of the month, you will be debited on the 2nd of the following month. This 2-month frequency helps to avoid overconsumption of products and gives you time to discover your products and adapt your routine at your own pace.

After each receipt of your box, you will be debited on the 2nd of the month in question.

Are the treatments suitable for my skin?

As soon as you visit our site, you are invited to create your beauty profile so that we can offer you personalized skincare adapted to your skin. Please note that most of the skincare products offered in the boxes are suitable for sensitive skin.

However, if you have sensitive skin, we invite you to evaluate the compatibility of the products with your skin by consulting the description of the contents of each box. If in doubt, we suggest you opt for the non-binding box to try it out before committing. Special editions of boxes addressing specific issues (redness, mature skin, acne, etc.) according to skin type will be offered later as an option.

When will I be charged for the box?

Your account is debited for the first time on the day you subscribe to the subscription (this corresponds to the first box), then on the 4th of each month, every month that subsequent boxes are delivered (i.e., every two months, except initially in some cases).

Box N°2: payment in April

Box N°3: payment in June

Box N°4: payment in August

Box N°5: payment in October

Box N°6: payment in December

Does the bimonthly subscription commit me for several months?

3 options are available to you:

- The no-commitment option: This is a bi-monthly subscription with no commitment and for an indefinite period, cancellable at any time.

- The commitment options (6 months or 1 year): These subscriptions are more advantageous than the no-commitment option and give you access to exclusive gifts and the entire program (12 months). They commit you for the subscribed period.

At the end of the period, you remain subscribed and can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can unsubscribe or take a break. To do this, simply send us an email to contact@mykoreanbox.fr and the unsubscription or pause will take effect within 48 business hours.

I would like to cancel or pause my subscription, how do I do that?

It's very simple! Send us an email at contact@mykoreanbox.fr. Your unsubscription will take effect within 48 business hours if you are no longer committed, and you will receive a confirmation.
If you are committed and a force majeure event forces you to unsubscribe, support will offer you a solution.

Please note! To be considered for the following month, the unsubscription request must be made by the 20th of the current month at the latest.

I wasn't expecting such a visible result!

I followed the My Korean Box ritual for 6 months, morning and evening, without changing anything else in my routine. In the "before" photo, my skin is dull, marked, with small imperfections.
