Description

When will I receive my box?

The first batch of boxes during the launch phase will be shipped starting March 8th. After that, boxes will generally be shipped within 48-72 hours to your home via Colissimo. Subsequent boxes will be delivered every two months.

Please note that the boxes are released according to a predefined schedule:

Box N°1 in March/April

Box N°2 in May/June

Box N°3 in July/August

Box N°4 in September/October

Box N°5 in November/December

Box N°6 in January/February

Example: If you subscribe in March or April, you will receive Box N°1. You will be debited on the 2nd of the current month if you subscribe before March 2nd or April 2nd. If you subscribe after the 2nd of the month, you will be debited on the 2nd of the following month. This 2-month frequency helps avoid product overconsumption and gives you time to discover your products and adapt your routine at your own pace.

After each box is received, you will be debited on the 2nd of the month in question.

Are the skincare products suitable for my skin?

Upon entering our site, you are invited to create your beauty profile so that we can offer you treatments adapted to your skin. Please note that most of the treatments offered in the boxes are suitable for sensitive skin in particular.

However, if you have sensitive skin, we invite you to assess the compatibility of the treatments with your skin by consulting the description of the contents of each box. If in doubt, we suggest you opt for the non-binding box to test before committing. Special editions of boxes addressing specific issues (redness, mature skin, acne, etc.) according to skin type will be offered later as an option.

When will I be charged for the box?

Your account is debited a first time on the day you subscribe to the subscription (this corresponds to the first box), then on the 4th of each month, for all subsequent box deliveries (i.e., every two months, except initially in some cases).

Does the bimonthly subscription commit me for several months?

3 formulas are available:

- The no-commitment formula: This is a bi-monthly subscription with no commitment and for an indefinite period, cancellable at any time.

- The commitment formulas (6 months or 1 year): These subscriptions are more advantageous than the no-commitment formula and give you access to exclusive gifts and the entire course (12 months). They commit you for the subscribed period.

At the end of the period, you remain subscribed and can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can unsubscribe or take a break. To do so, simply send us an email at contact@mykoreanbox.fr and the unsubscription or pause will take effect within 48 business hours.

I would like to cancel or pause my subscription, how do I do that?

It's very simple! Send us an email at contact@mykoreanbox.fr. Unsubscription will take effect within 48 business hours if you are no longer committed, and you will receive a confirmation of your request.
If you are committed and a case of force majeure forces you to unsubscribe, support will offer you a solution.

Please note! To be taken into account for the following month, the unsubscription request must be made by the 20th of the current month at the latest.
